Focal Point: Visage vérité

When a photographer walks around a little voice in their head keeps stock of what they’re seeing, usually mental notes such as “great light” or “interesting pattern” and often “great face”. A great face to a photographer isn’t a supermodel walking by; its an interesting face, a face with beauty in it’s character, a face you know you want to photograph. Staff photographer Delores Johnson found Ahmed in downtown Abu Dhabi, and captured his character, his personality, his “great face” perfectly.
