Gilles Peterson is playing at Nasimi Beach, Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai on Friday.
The Swiss DJ and producer, who has been associated with the careers of Erykah Badu, Roni Size and Jamiroquai, is known for his labels Acid Jazz and Talkin’ Loud.
His Friday set sees support from the Nasimi residents David Craig and Smokingroove, and from Schooly, Charl Chakra.
