The enticing smells and flavours of home cooked Emirati cuisine filled the air at the 23rd Abu Dhabi International Book Fair (ADIBF), during a masterclass with the UAE’s first female chef, Khulood Atiq.
Focusing on healthy eating, the interactive session at the event’s Show Kitchen, allowed the popular chef to demonstrate how to add local herbs and spices to a number of authentic Emirati dishes. Afterwards, the packed audience got a chance to taste the fresh results.
